My Practice
We all need a safe, nonjudgmental and intentional space to be vulnerable, to examine our stories, reflect on our connection to ourselves and others, and process where we’ve been and where we want to be. Maybe you’re wrestling with family dynamics, life transitions or relational dilemmas. Perhaps you’re dealing with internal struggles, feeling a little lost, wanting a sense of direction or you are wanting to heal emotional injuries. Allow me to walk alongside you on your journey to gaining insight of how you arrived at this place in your life and cultivating the space that you want for your present and future. I’m passionate about engaging in meaningful reflections and exploring ways to help your personal growth, inner peace and healing.
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I am a daughter of refugee parents, which also meant navigating the intersection of cultural expectations and identities, deconstructing and expressing ancestry values in such a way that honors both tradition and the ever evolving self. I want to normalize the exploration of who you are. I also believe that when we practice self-awareness, relate to ourselves with kindness, and show up to the world as our true selves, we can tap into our individual and unique inner power and strength to heal, re-write our stories and live a more purposeful life.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my growing number of indoor plants, as well as jogging, hiking and fishing. I also embrace and find pleasure in doing nothing from time to time.
